Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Number Plate Holder. 
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know.       If you're unsatisfied with the item, you may return or exchange

We will gladly replace or refund any item that you're not completely happy with. 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging.
Please Note, we are unable to accept refunds after the 30 days period.

Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. We`ll not refund items are damaged or loss in shipping process.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s), we will then also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, Refunds can only be made to the method of payment in the original transaction.
We do not refund the shipping fees paid.
Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. 

Late or missing refunds 
Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits. Our normal refund processing time for returned items is one week, from receipt of the item. However, in extreme instances, in may take up to two weeks to process a return and refund a credit card.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
